# iMagic Hotel Reservation

> iMagic Hotel Reservation is a Windows desktop application for hotel reservations, aimed at bed and breakfasts, small and medium sized hotels, motels and guest houses. It manages customers, reservations, rooms and payments, helps avoid double bookings, and can take web bookings online. Available as a 10-use free trial. Developed and supported by iMagic Software (imagicsoft.com), which has been developing software for over 25 years.

The desktop edition runs on Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 and stores guests and bookings in a local database file. It needs a 1 GHz CPU with two or more cores, 4 GB of RAM and 24 MB of disk space. A browser-based Cloud Edition is also available as a subscription. Pricing starts at $399 per year for a single PC licence and includes one year of support and updates. There is no cost per booking.
